uThrive Asset Development has started a fund that will be building small apartment buildings, plexes, and single family homes with the purpose to rent them out. Our raise is $25 million and we have two properties almost ready for development. We plan on exiting out of properties in eight to ten years. Estimated return of 6% a year on rentals after expenses and higher annual return upon exiting properties.
We will be building in the Tampa Bay Area and north and possibly in Polk County. The majority of the homes we will build, will be be below the current FHA financing threshold of $524K
Principal partner Graham Munce is a licensed realtor and residential contractor. Construction project manager has over 30 years of contracting experience.

Fund 2: Crypto Builder Fund
uThrive will be raising funds to purchase crypto currencies and use the profit every quarter to build new rental homes, acquire rental homes, or any value based real estate that we source through are extensive contacts. Our raise is $21 million, $20 million will go into crypto right a way, and one million into building rentals right away. Investors will profit from crypto increases and income from rentals acquired through crypto gains. If crypto prices go down, hopefully profits in real estate will offset any dips. Strategic crypto trading will also be a potential profit source.
